Terms and Conditions – Shed Loans

These terms and conditions (the “Terms and Conditions”) govern the delivery and use of;

  1. Loans2Go Access (the “Access”) and,
  2. the use of www.loans2go.com.au (the “Site”) and,
  3. the use of Loans2Go Shed Supplier Code for shed loans (the “Supplier Code”).


By using this Site and Supplier Code, you indicate that you have read and understand these Terms and Conditions and agree to abide by them at all times.

The Benefits, Site and Supplier Code are owned and operated by Milicon Pty Ltd (ABN 93 625 436 008) (“Loans2Go”).

Loans2Go refers customers to the Loans2Go financial network for loan products and services.

  • Loans2Go Access

To access the Loans2Go finance network you need a Loans2Go Supplier Code. You cannot access the network without a Supplier Code. Once you have a Supplier Code visit www.loans2go.com.au to input your Code and personal details to start the application process by referral to the Loans2Go finance network.

Loans2go may be paid a commission or receive a benefit for referring you to the Loans2Go Finance Network.

Intellectual Property
All content published and made available on our Site and the Unique Supplier Codes, are the property of Loans2Go. This includes, but is not limited to images, text, logos, documents, downloadable files, and anything that contributes to the composition of the Site and Supplier Code.

Acceptable Use
As a user of our Site and Supplier Code, you agree to use these legally, not to use them for illegal purposes, and not to:

  • Violate the intellectual property rights of the owners or any third party to the Site;
  • Act in any way that could be considered fraudulent; or
  • Post any material that may be deemed inappropriate or offensive.

If we believe you are using our Site and Supplier Code illegally or in a manner that violates these Terms and Conditions, we reserve the right to limit, suspend or terminate your access to our Site. We also reserve the right to take any legal steps necessary to prevent you from accessing our Site.

Third Party Goods and Services
Our Site may offer services from third parties. We are not liable for the quality or accuracy of goods and services made available by third parties on our Site.

Links to Other Websites
Our Site contains links to third party websites or services that we do not own or control. We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of any third-party website or service linked to on our Site. It is your responsibility to read the terms and conditions and privacy policies of these third-party websites before using these sites.

Limitation of Liability
Loans2Go and our directors, officers, agents, employees, subsidiaries, and affiliates will not be liable for any actions, claims, losses, damages, liabilities, and expenses including legal fees from your use of the Site and Supplier Code.

Indemnity
Except where prohibited by law, by using the Site and Supplier Code, you indemnify and hold harmless Loans2Go and our directors, officers, agents, employees, subsidiaries, and affiliates from any actions, claims, losses, damages, liabilities and expenses including legal fees arising out of your use of the Site and/or Supplier Code or your violation of these Terms and Conditions.

Applicable Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of New South Wales.

Severability
If at any time any of the provisions set forth in these Terms and Conditions are found to be inconsistent or invalid under applicable laws, those provisions will be deemed void and will be removed from these Terms and Conditions. All other provisions will not be affected by the removal and the rest of these Terms and Conditions will still be considered valid.

Changes
These Terms and Conditions may be amended from time to time to maintain compliance with the law and to reflect any changes to the way we operate and the way we expect users to behave when using our Site and Supplier Code.

How does It work?

  1. Grab a card from leading IGA supermarkets. See Store Locator to find your nearest store
  2. Follow the steps on the back of the card.
  3. Once logged into www.loans2go.com.au click on the START NOW button on the IGA tile and follow the prompts. It takes 1 minute!
  4. Once finished press SUBMIT. If your information is correct you will be referred to Latitude who will offer a $0 Establishment Fee for new and approved applications that settle. Latitude will directly manage the loan application, approval process, and settlement of funds with you.
  5. Once application is successful, funds approved and settled, Loans2Go will deliver a $250 BONUS eGift Mastercard to spend anywhere Mastercard is accepted! (please allow up to 90 days for delivery)

How does It work?

  1. The business you are purchasing your shed from will provide you with their unique Supplier Code.
  2. Once logged into www.loans2go.com.au click on the START NOW button on the Shed Loans tile and follow the prompts. It takes 1 minute!
  3. Once finished press SUBMIT and your Supplier Code is correct, you will be referred to the Loans2Go finance network.  The network will be in contact within 1 business day and will directly manage the loan application, approval process, and settlement of funds with you.
  4. In most cases your Shed Loan can be used across your entire build from the shed kit, the concrete slab, the erection, insulation & more….
